The contractor must supply appropriately trained Security Guards under a tiered staffing approach to achieve a minimum of 15 Security Guards for 24-hour security guard service per day, seven days a week, including holidays. Services include pedestrian and vehicle gate access, employee inspection and screening, vehicle screening, patrols, perimeter inspections, alarm response, CCTV monitoring, assisting with emergencies, ID badging, traffic management, parking control, escort services, physical security inspections, inspection of delivered goods, dispatch services, temperature screening, and other related security and support functions. The contractor must provide new and complete PPE and proper uniforms, and ensure all guards meet minimum requirements including proper licensing, basic English skills, high school diploma or equivalent, age 21 or older, U.S. permanent resident or citizen, and passing a drug and alcohol test.
