$5,000 bond, held at our $275 minimum. 1, 2, or 3-year terms — set it once and forget it.
Nebraska’s State Athletic Commissioner has sole jurisdiction over professional boxing, wrestling, mixed martial arts, kickboxing, muay thai, and related matches and exhibitions. A promoter license is conditioned on a bond that backs the promoter’s obligations to the Commission, the participants, and the public.
The bond runs to the State for the benefit of those who could be harmed if a promoter fails to meet the Athletic Commission’s requirements — for example, unpaid fees, purses, or taxes tied to an event. It’s a three-party arrangement: you (the principal), the surety, and the State (the obligee).
It is not insurance for you — if the surety pays a claim, you repay the surety. Promoters who run clean, fully-funded events treat the bond as a licensing formality.
These are the actual issuing fields — no credit check section, because this small fixed bond doesn’t have one.
