It is kept on file with the Development Services Division, which needs the original sealed bond, delivered in person or by mail to 214 N. Hogan St., Second Floor. Residential driveway work is separate: §744.110(c)(1) names a $10,000 letter of credit, and the City also posts a $10,000 driveway bond form.
