No Florida statute or state agency requires a business services bond. It is requested by contract: commercial cleaning specifications, vacation-rental and property-management agreements, and association vendor packets routinely ask a service vendor to be "bonded" and to name the coverage limit. The context most Florida vendors run into is community-association work — Fla. Stat. § 718.111(11)(h) requires a condominium association to maintain insurance or fidelity bonding for every person who controls or disburses association funds, and boards that have been through that exercise tend to extend the same expectation to the vendors who hold keys. The $2,500 amount here is the limit written for a 7-to-15-employee business; confirm the limit and headcount band your contract asks for and we will issue whichever tier matches.
