The City and County of Broomfield licenses trash and rubbish haulers and conditions the license on a $1,000 surety bond filed with the City Clerk. The bond is a compliance guarantee: it stands behind your following Broomfield's hauling rules and not leaving the City or its residents with a mess to clean up.
