The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticipated.

Certificate of Conformance in required
The contractor must supply steel broach rounds, 0.375 inch diameter, AMS-S-6758, 33-38 HRC, TGP, in 12-foot lengths, delivered to Rock Island Arsenal, IL. The material must be delivered on a flatbed truck, securely banded to a pallet/skid, and loads with multiple heat numbers must be palletized and separated by heat number. All raw material must be properly labeled with easy-to-read tags and include certificates of conformance and certified test results. Bundles may not exceed 5,000 lbs. The manufacturing mill must hold AS9100 certification and the vendor must hold AS9120 certification or at least a certified ISO 9001 quality management system with strict traceability.
