The Contractor shall design, construct, and validate yeast two-hybrid bait vectors encoding the polerovirus NRTD, variants and control proteins; generate, characterize, and screen aphid-derived cDNA prey libraries; perform high-throughput Y2H screening; and deliver sequence-verified bait clones, aphid prey libraries, screening datasets, and a final technical report.
