The contractor must deliver 1 unit for Government First Article Testing (CLIN 0001AA) within 390 days after award, and 43 production units (CLIN 0001AB) with deliveries beginning 450 days after award and continuing through 750 days after award. The motor must be manufactured per the technical data package (CAGE 18876, part number 11463228). The contractor must comply with MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-130 identification marking, IUID marking per DFARS 252.211-7003, and ISPM-15 wood packaging requirements. Inspection and acceptance for the first article is origin/destination; for production units inspection and acceptance are both at origin. FOB point is destination for all items. The contract includes a warranty of supplies of a non-complex nature (FAR 52.246-17) and requires compliance with ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001:2015 or AS9100 quality standard. Export-controlled technical data will be provided via DoD SAFE site; offerors must have active JCP certification.
