The contractor shall provide a Small Craft Subject Matter Expert and Maintenance Technician to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance for all small crafts, maintain inventory control and parts ordering via OMMS-NG and SKED 3.2, provide monthly coxswain and maintenance training for approximately 80 personnel, support small boat operational testing, prepare equipment and records for inspections, and provide unscheduled and mission-critical maintenance coverage. The contractor must maintain a 98% maintenance completion rate with no more than 2% rework, achieve 100% completion of monthly physical inventories, and maintain records in inspection-ready status. The contractor shall also submit a Management/Quality Control Plan, Monthly Status Reports, Meeting Minutes, and a Final Report.
