AMENDMENT 001 - 08/04/2026
This amendment is being issued to provide the full Questions and Answers attachment, along with any applicable additional comments/clarifications originating electronically or from the site visits.
No further questions are being accepted with the issuing of this amendment, and no further site visits will be accepted.
The closing date of this solicitation is extended to August 12, 2026 at 12:00pm EST to allow for quotes to be submitted.
The following changes are made:
(vii) Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 12:00pm EST on 08/12/2026. All quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Randall.Chatfield@noaa.gov, and have a minimum validity of 60 days.
Statement of Work: Please refer to the attached “Scope Clarification” document for all relevant changes.
Additionally, all other questions received are addressed and/or answered in the “Scope Clarification” attachment.
The Contractor shall provide troubleshooting, diagnostic services, corrective maintenance, and limited preventive maintenance for JCI Metasys-based controls and associated field devices that remain in operation at Hollings Marine Laboratory. Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis to sustain system functionality until full decommissioning or conversion to Honeywell controls is completed. Support is limited to remaining JCI Metasys-controlled systems that have not yet been migrated to the Honeywell platform, including Wings E and F, NMR, and the Seawater System and all associated components under JCI controls. The Contractor shall also provide emergency services for all in-scope systems, including 24/7 emergency response, 30-minute call-back requirement and 2-hour on-site response time.
