Guatemala - PMSC - Computer Room Air Conditioning Units

The Contractor shall provide all necessary technical, mechanical, supervision, and preventive maintenance materials to service four GFORCE IR computer room air conditioning units at the New U.S. Embassy Compound in Guatemala City. Services include quarterly and annual checks, filter replacement, humidifier canister replacement, fuse replacement, heating element cleaning, and all manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance. The Contractor must provide trained technicians, tools, expendable parts, and maintain an onsite inventory of consumables. Repairs are excluded and will be handled under separate purchase orders. The Contractor must also submit a written report after each maintenance visit, provide personnel biographic data and police clearance, and comply with all security and access procedures.
