Establishment of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for the manufacturing of Naloxone Vending Machines that will be delivered to Tribal entities to be owned and operated by those Tribal entities. The Contractor will supply the equipment and be responsible for the delivery of and training on the product. The Indian Health Service Nashville Area (IHSNA) will pay for the manufacturing and vinyl wrapping, initial stocking, delivery, and training for all machines.
A data reporting system shall be included with system that can provide real time reporting of inventory consumption and availability. Tribal entities shall be responsible for restocking.
The contractor will manufacture, deliver, and set up approximately 10 naloxone vending machines at various Tribal entity sites. Responsibilities include vinyl wrapping, initial stocking, training, and providing a real-time data reporting system for inventory consumption and availability. The contractor must off-load, place, level, align, and connect the machine to utilities. The government provides a suitable foundation and unobstructed utility hook-ups within 20 feet.
