The contractor shall provide all necessary labor and materials for HVAC/Air Conveyance System Decontamination/Cleaning IAW Attachment 1 - Statement Of Work 24 Jul 26. The work includes cleaning of Air Handling Units (4), Rooftop Units (2), Supply Ductwork (6) systems, Return Ductwork (6) systems, Diffusers and Grilles (6) systems, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. Specific tasks include washing heating/cooling coils, fan blades, housings, and plenum walls; vacuuming fiberglass linings; vacuuming interior of accessible ductwork; cleaning and resetting dampers and louvers; washing and replacing removable diffusers and grilles; replacing disposable filters or washing metal filters; vacuuming ceilings surrounding air devices; applying fungistat/bacteriostat product; providing negative air pressure with HEPA rated vacuum system; and protecting property with drop cloths.
