Subsistence Prime Vendor - SOUTHERN EUROPE/NORTHERN AFRICA and WESTERN AFRICA

The Prime Vendor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of semi-perishable and perishable food items, Food Service Operating Supplies (FSOS), and Ship Store items to authorized DLA customers in Zones 2 and 3. The contractor must manage all supply chain activities, including warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery to land-based customers, ports, and remote locations. Normal routine deliveries for Zone 2 land-based customers are within 2 calendar days after order placement; for Zone 3, within 7-14 calendar days. The contractor must maintain a minimum of 60 days of inventory for products with less than 180 days of shelf life, support surge requirements of 300% of average weekly demand within 96 hours, and comply with the Berry Amendment for domestic sourcing. The contract includes a 5-year IDIQ structure with a Fixed-Price with EPA pricing agreement.
