Also, 12-St SM FOC from Base Ops (B453) to Primary and Secondary Automatic Meteorological Station (FMQ-19s). The work will be performed at Luke AFB AZ by using new and existing Manhole/Handhole Duct System. Some portion of the cable route/path will be Direct Buried. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOW. All equipment, supplies, or materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. No equipment, supplies, or material will be provided by the government. All materials used in this SOW must be rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, due to the nature of the environment.

The contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test new 12-strand single-mode fiber optic cable from RAPCON (B979) to ATCT (B998), Base Ops (B453), Command Post (B11), Localizer (B1375), Glide Slope (B1056), TACAN (B1049), GATR (B1040), Glide Slope (B1081), Localizer (B1059), and from Base Ops (B453) to Primary and Secondary Automatic Meteorological Stations (FMQ-19s). The work includes installing approximately 600 feet of new conduit, approximately 2000 feet of geotextile fabric innerduct, two new handholes, one new full-size network cabinet in RAPCON, and fifteen new Fiber Optic Distribution Panels. The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals. All materials must be rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. The contractor must also provide as-built drawings, test reports, and comply with all environmental, safety, and security requirements.
