The contractor shall provide 18 ICU supply carts that meet detailed specifications: height 38–45 inches, load capacity up to 350 lbs, main cart body and drawers constructed from advanced corrosion-resistant polymer with built-in antimicrobial protection (painted metal not permitted), lightweight with easy-to-clean smooth rounded surfaces, modular and field-upgradable design. Each cart must have a top surface with a posterior lip, electronic keyless entry touchpad lock with automatic lock function and manual backup key, smooth easy-slide drawers configured as three 3-inch drawers, two 6-inch drawers, and one 9-inch drawer, with light colored or white divider kits included. Left side accessories include three single glove box holders and one lockable holder compatible with a 3-gallon sharps container. Right side includes side bins for additional storage. Overbridge features include a top shelf and hanger rail, tilting 6-bin storage module, and three single glove box holders mounted to the overbridge. An IV hanger for priming IV lines is included. All components must be new, not refurbished or used. The contractor must provide training materials, a Teams support session to super users, competency training materials and hand-outs. Delivery is to San Diego VA Medical Center ICU, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161-002.
