The building was previously used as administrative office space and later storage for seeds in bags.
It also contains restroom facilities. All interior components—including but not limited to walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) fixtures, casework, restroom fixtures, and any remaining contents—shall be fully demolished, removed from the location, and disposed of in a proper, legal manner.
The contractor shall demolish and remove modular Building 8 (approx. 3,840 SF, built 1978, four single-wide trailers) including all interior components (walls, ceilings, flooring, MEP fixtures, casework, restroom fixtures, contents), foundations, footings, concrete pad, water lines, sewer lines, and electrical service back to the panel. After demolition, disturbed areas shall be leveled with topsoil, seeded, and mulched. The contractor shall provide safeguards, inspect the site, dispose of all debris legally, and perform a metal sweep of the restored site and haul roads.
