The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the "City', is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of construction of a 10" trail connection from Dupree Road and to the Noonday Creek Trail. In order to construct the trail, the house at 132 Dupree Road will be demolished and hauled off, along with the three Driveways at 128, 130, 132 Dupree Rd, hereinafter referred to as the "project'. The project includes demolition of the house at 132 Dupree Road and concrete driveways at 128, 130, and 132 Dupree Road; site preparation, grading, and earthwork including clearing, grubbing, excavation, embankment, and subgrade compaction to 95% Standard Proctor density; construction of a 10-foot wide, 6-inch concrete trail (305 SY) with 6-inch graded aggregate base course; construction of 4-inch plain concrete ditch paving (100 SY) per GDOT Detail D-10; stormwater drainage including installation of temporary silt fence, rock filter dam, temporary grassing, mulch, and Bermuda sod; utility coordination with GA 811 and utility providers; and all work must conform to GDOT and City of Woodstock standards and ADA requirements.
