The contractor shall provide unlimited priority on-site repair services, a maintenance program covering on-site repair including emergency repair, genuine Cytek parts, Cytek-certified labor, and travel, plus 2 preventive maintenance inspections per twelve-month period with 2 Cytek PM Kits, unlimited service visits by Cytek-certified technicians Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays, unlimited telephone support for the instrument, reagents, and applications, and emergency on-site service response within 48 hours. The maintenance agreement shall be firm-fixed price with a common anniversary date; the agency may cancel with 30 days written notice and may add similar equipment during the contract term.
