The contractor must install a 1,000-gallon concrete septic tank, a 1,000-gallon individual lift station with pump and controls, a standard mound system with 1496 square feet of dispersal area (gravelless chambers per drawings), solid sewer pipe, underground cleanout, effluent transport line, HDPE water service line, and water meter assembly with pressure reducing valve. Work includes mobilization/demobilization, excavation, trenching, backfilling, site restoration, and all necessary permits. The contractor is responsible for obtaining the Clallam County on-site sewage permit and Department of Ecology Notice of Intent. The performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
