The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to build and place office equipment for the 794 Communications Squadron within Bldg. 3 second floor offices 212, 213, 214, and 215. This includes a pre-procurement site survey to capture measurements, furnishing 16 stations with rolling office chairs, guest chairs, and a conference table with 10 chairs, and performing site cleanup and debris removal. Deliverables include a furniture layout and cost proposal, furnishing and installation plan with floor plan design, project status briefings, punch list items, and updated equipment inventories with lock keys.
