Quotes shall be provided on company letterhead, with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc. Cage Code, must be included.
All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov.
The Government seeks additional discounts.

The SF-1449 shall be returned signed and with pricing. Fill in required Clauses.

The contractor shall deliver one OTX-X2 THE SAINT X2 COMPLETE BREACHING SYSTEM to the U.S. Marshals Service in Tyler, TX within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The item must meet the technical specifications in attachment USMS-0015. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a base period of performance from September 15, 2026 to September 14, 2027.
