The contractor shall furnish and supply all necessary materials, supplies, permits, equipment and personnel to demolish/abandon the existing on-site water system, construct a new onsite water system including backflow preventor, pressure reducing valves, fire hydrants and connections to existing buildings, restore pavement where pipe trenching crosses county roads, private parking lots and hardscapes, protect existing sanitary sewer, electrical lines and all other onsite utilities, and install a new electrical circuit for the backflow preventor enclosure heater. If water to a barracks or office needs to be disconnected for over 12 hours, the contractor will be required to furnish drinking water and portable toilets.
