T-38 REMAN

The contractor shall receive, inspect, disassemble, clean, inspect for defects and conformance, perform corrosion control treatment, accomplish required maintenance, reassemble, perform lot acceptance testing, and finish five types of inert T-38 egress components: Timer Assy Auto Backup (NSN 1377-99-134-8145ES, 69 units), BTRU Assembly (NSN 1377-99-175-4941ES, 76 units), IMP Assembly DDU (NSN 1377-99-321-1280ES, 77 units), Time Delay Unit (NSN 1377-99-551-5209ES, 70 units), and IMP Assy Rocket Motor (NSN 1377-99-818-6424ES, 83 units). All remanufactured items shall meet or exceed original performance requirements. Contractor shall mark items per MIL-STD-130 using Data Matrix ECC 200 symbology in accordance with CAD/PAD Item Marking Instructions. Contractor shall submit lot acceptance test reports within 30 calendar days after completion of testing, failure analysis reports within 15 calendar days of test failure, contractor possessed munitions reports for excess serviceable units within 10 calendar days of lot acceptance testing, and DMSMS health assessment reports every 180 calendar days. All work shall comply with ISO 9001-2008 quality standard and heightened surveillance requirements for critical safety items.
