Based upon market research, the Government is not planning on using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.
The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 5 each STATOR TUBE, TORQUE, NSN 1630-00-102-4365, part numbers 9550151-1 and 250A646-1, for the C-130 aircraft. The contractor must provide range pricing for quantities from 1 to 12+ EA. The contractor shall comply with military packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1E), marking (MIL-STD-129R), and item unique identification (MIL-STD-130). The contractor shall retain supply chain traceability documentation and comply with higher-level quality standard ISO 9001-2015. Delivery is FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. The contractor must hold offered prices firm for 120 days.
