The contractor will supply PolyTray Entrée Items for the Unitized Group Ration – Heat & Serve and Unitized Group Ration – E programs. Delivery is FOB Destination to Defense Depot Tracy, CA. The contract includes surge requirements, economic price adjustment based on market indicators, and requires Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) for evaluation. The contractor must comply with extensive quality assurance, inspection, packaging, marking, and cybersecurity requirements, including a documented Quality Systems Plan (QSP), Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, Food Defense Plan (FDP), and cyber incident reporting.
