519-371 Construct New CLC Phase III Minor Construction - Big Spring, TX VAMC

The project involves the construction of a new 10-bed Community Living Center (CLC) Phase III at the West Texas VA Health Care System in Big Spring, TX. The scope includes all necessary site work, demolition of existing paving within 5 feet of the new building, utility tie-ins, installation of medical gas systems, fire protection, security systems (Avigilon cameras, HID access control, Siemens fire alarm), patient ceiling lifts, millwork, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project also includes deductive alternates for the fireplace, kitchen, resident rooms, and exterior planters/trellis.
