Remediation & Site Characterization - Kotzebue, AK

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and Arctic logistics to execute site characterization, well rehabilitation, tide-aware groundwater monitoring, and a remediation alternatives analysis at the Kotzebue Former IHS/BIA Hospital-School site in accordance with ADEC 18 AAC 75 and the Performance Work Statement. The work includes project planning, fieldwork, laboratory analysis, waste management, stakeholder coordination, and all final agency-approved deliverables. Specific tasks include project management and planning, additional site characterization and delineation, groundwater monitoring and product recovery, soil disposal and characterization, institutional controls planning, evaluation of remediation alternatives, and reporting.
