The contractor shall independently furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform services and preventative maintenance for the NovoCyte Quanteon flow cytometry system (SN# 62-1-1902-1051-8). Specific requirements include a minimum of one preventative maintenance visit, performance verification, calibration of all detectors and lasers, on-site repair services by certified Agilent technicians, priority response time within 24-48 hours, 24/7 technical support, regular software updates, detailed service reports, and inclusion of parts, labor, and travel.
