The solicitation was released directly to LM Space on 20 July 2026. An administrative oversight resulted in the solicitation not being posted to the GPE on that day. However, LM Space is given the regulatory 45 days to return a proposal: 20 July 26 - 05 October 26.

The contractor must provide Reentry Vehicle Integration Support (RVIS) to integrate the Mk21 Reentry Vehicle and W87-0 onto the new Sentinel Weapon System. This includes collaboration with the Government, Design Agent (Northrop Grumman), NNSA, and others; support for legacy RV subsystems (repair, test, assessment, engineering, modeling, data analysis, integration, qualification); and support for the Fuze Mod Tester and STC (repair, engineering, systems and equipment modification, software, developmental engineering, production engineering, procurement).
