HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SERVICES PER THE STATEMENT OF WORK
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, supervision, and incidentals to inspect, clean, maintain, service, and repair HVAC units at multiple park locations. Quarterly tasks include cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, cleaning condensate drains, replacing air filters, inspecting motors/belts/fans, and verifying cooling cycles. Unscheduled emergency repairs must be responded to within 48 hours. The contractor must provide a proposed annual service schedule within ten workdays of award, submit service reports after each visit, and provide a summary repair log quarterly.
