The contract includes a minimum value of $10,000.00 and a maximum of $2,000,000.00, with estimated initial quantities of 2 to 26 units per CLIN and potential annual quantities of 1 to 3 units per year thereafter. The contractor must provide a manufacturing plan covering precision CNC machining, aluminum fabrication, chemical conversion coatings, primers, and two-part epoxy adhesive bonding; evidence of a Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001 or AS9100); a testing strategy for MIL-STD-810 compliance; and evidence of necessary tooling, clean rooms, and equipment for a 5-year production period.
