The purpose of this amendment is to provide the site visit sign in sheet. See attached.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1424 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Grazinglands Research Laboratory in El Reno, OK, has a construction requirement to repair/replace a low water crossing. See attached Specifications and Drawings for a complete description of requirements.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238110. The small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must repair or replace a low water crossing at the Grazinglands Research Laboratory in El Reno, OK. The work includes demolition, construction, and replacement of the crossing, with an option for a cast-in-place box structure per ODOT standard 4x12. The contractor must remove an existing tree and dispose of it in a specified burn pile, remove and dispose of existing damaged tin horns off-site, and may use concrete rubble for rip rap subject to approval. The period of performance is 365 days from Notice to Proceed.
