Radar Secure Enclosure

The contractor shall supply, deliver, and install a modular secure vault at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) for repair, testing, storage, and handling of electronics and technical data up to Secret classification. The vault must have minimum interior dimensions of 25 ft wide by 50 ft long by 15 ft tall, be self-supporting, and include a double door (8 ft x 10 ft) and a personnel door (3 ft x 7 ft). The contractor shall provide all physical security provisions including a GSA-approved safe, chain-link fencing (minimum 7 ft height) with access controls, an Intrusion Detection System compatible with TYAD's Starwatch V5, CAC-enabled keypads compatible with Vanderbilt SMS V.7, 360-degree motion sensor, external camera, and integration with TYAD's existing security. The contractor shall also provide fire detection and protection including sprinkler system extension, smoke/heat detection, AV horns/strobes, emergency egress lighting, and 90-minute fire-rated doors and panels. HVAC shall be provided via a Computer Room Air Conditioning Unit (CRAC) with precise environmental control. Electrical work includes power distribution panels, receptacles, and emergency power stop. The contractor shall deliver technical documentation including as-built drawings, user manuals, and training. Delivery must occur within 180 days after receipt of order, and the contractor shall provide a one-year commercial warranty.
