HMIT Test Stand Support

The contractor shall maintain two Generation II Scorpion HMIT test stands in fully serviceable condition, providing remote technical support with response within three business days, on-site repair with personnel and materials, parts support coordinated with 523 EMXS authorized callers including shipment to the OEM facility and re-installation, and software updates within 30 days of release. Repairs requiring parts are completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of parts and authorization and repairs without parts within 30 calendar days, followed by a complete functional check and a commercial report of diagnoses, repairs and solutions within ten business days. Services are performed Monday through Thursday 0500-1430 except federal holidays at Hill Air Force Base with escort, under a $1,000,000 BPA with $2,500 call limit billed primarily through Wide Area Workflow.
