This is a non-personal services contract to provide bridge deck cleaning and sealing services at the Dierks Lake Bridge Deck (71833), DeQueen Lake Bridge Deck (71832), and Gillham Lake Bridge Deck (71841).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform high pressure washing (2500 psi or greater) to clean all concrete bridge deck surfaces and apply Hydrozo 100 sealer (or equal) by roller method to protect concrete surfaces from the elements. No cleaning agents may be used. The contractor must use powered blowers to ensure surfaces are completely dry before applying sealer, and must remove all debris from pressure washing and sealing off Government property. All services on all bridge decks must be completed within 120 days of award.
