Monongahela NF Elleber Sods Fencing Contstruction

The contractor shall install approximately 3,520 feet of new 5-strand barbed-wire fence using Government-furnished materials, remove 130 feet of existing fence, clear vegetation 5 feet on either side of the fence line, transport materials from the Durbin District Ranger Station to the work site, and return unused materials. The work is located on the northwest corner of the Elleber Sods grazing allotment, accessed by FR 1681, in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses and incidentals. Performance period is 10 calendar days after notice to proceed, with completion within 60 calendar days and all work complete by November 20, 2026.
