FNAL is soliciting proposals for Reclosable Pressure Safety Relief Valves to protect from overpressure.
Proposals can be submitted directly to the Primary Contact listed on this notice and within the RFP Document. Pricing must be submitted using the Request for Proposal Pricing Sheet, Exhibit G, which is located at the end of the RFP document.
The selected subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, package, and deliver 25 cryogenic reclosable pressure safety relief valves in accordance with the applicable Statement of Work and Technical Specifications specified in Exhibit A. The valves are for the Cryomodules (CM) helium bath volume and must comply with ASME Section VIII Code NB/UV stamping, be for cryogenic helium service, and meet specific technical requirements including flange connections, radiation-tolerant materials, KEL-F (PCTFE) seats, and in-situ testing provisions.
