Solicitation number 12444326Q0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Green Mountain National Forest Storage tank cleaning and inspection at Hapgood Pond. Hapgood Pond Recreation Area Water Tank Rehabilitation is Located on Hapgood Pond Road, Town of Peru, Bennington County, VT
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is 19 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Furnish all labor, materials and incidentals to clean and inspect the existing 10,000 gallon concrete water storage tank, including removing sediment and debris, pressure washing, inspecting, and disinfecting the tank per AWWA C652-11 Chlorination Method 2. The existing vent and overflow piping are to be cleaned and inspected. Work is done within the confined space of the tank, and the deliverable is a written inspection report with photos in PDF format. The Forest Service drains and later refills the tank.
