All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for Sewer Line Hydro Jetting and Cabling Services of sewer and waste lines at the VA San Diego Medical Center. In addition, 24-7 on call at VA SD Medical Center and CBOCs, (Community Based Outpatient Clinics). See the Statement of Work within the RFQ for further details.
The contractor shall provide semi-annual Critical Area Compliance (CAC) testing and certification and annual non-critical area air testing at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. The contractor must provide one asbestos certified technician, a controls technician to operate automated controls, and test and certify air-handling systems within design limitations. All work must be provided or supervised by independent third-party AABC certified technicians with current AABC certification credentials. The contractor shall provide the COR six copies of a certified TAB report within five working days of completion. The contractor must also provide software and onsite instruction on how to operate the system. Minor adjustments are included in preliminary testing for a listed set of rooms. Additional material and labor for installation or replacement of drives, belts, motors, dampers, etc. are outside the scope. The contractor shall field verify field conditions prior to quote submission.
