This procurement covers two scope cabinets for drying and securing scopes handled by the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at the VA Philadelphia Medical Center. The endoscope cabinet system must be capable of drying and tracking processed surgical equipment and include a locking mechanism. The system must provide filtered air circulation into endoscopes. Each unit must meet or exceed technical specifications including timed drying and venting cycles, HEPA filtered air, a minimum 10-inch touchscreen, and dimensions not exceeding 40 inches width, 21 inches depth, and 92.5 inches height. Installation services are included, and the installer must be Field Service certified from the OEM. The contract also includes one Ventaire Connector Kit #13, pack of 100.
