The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB), Florida, has a requirement to furnish, install, and commission a complete vehicle wash rack system within a newly constructed facility. The system will support two (2) interior vehicle wash bays and one (1) exterior wash bay designed to accommodate larger vehicles. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver a fully operational system.
All work must be conducted in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) - Vehicle Wash Rack System Installation (which will be provided as an attachment to this posting). See attached RFQ document for additional details.

The contractor shall furnish and install a complete vehicle wash rack system for two interior vehicle wash bays and one exterior wash bay for larger vehicles. Each interior bay shall include eight wash positions with multi-function components such as tire cleaner, presoak, detergent/soap, foam brush, wax, and high-pressure rinse, along with wall-mounted articulating boom systems, festoon track systems, foam brush booms, trigger guns, control boxes, and a high-pressure pump system with a 7.5 HP 3-phase motor and VFD. The exterior bay shall include one wash station on each side with a control panel, high-pressure spray wand, and foam brush, also with eight wash positions. The contractor shall integrate all system components into the facility's existing utilities (3/4" copper water supply and 208V 3-phase electrical service), perform system startup, testing, and commissioning, provide 30 gallons of each required chemical for initial startup, and provide basic operator orientation at project completion.
