Tx-Fws Santa Ana Nwr-Trail Repairs

The contractor shall provide all material, personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform trail repairs and improvements on Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge. Specific tasks include: Task 1 - Rehabilitate existing granite surfacing of trails (6,630 feet by 6 feet wide, lay 2-3 inches of granite aggregate, compact with vibratory roller packer, spray stabilizing binder); Task 2 - New granite surfacing of trails (550 feet by 6 feet wide, place geogrid, lay 6 inches of granite aggregate, compact to 4 inches, spray binder); Task 3 - Spray stabilizing binder on all existing granite surfaced trails (11,300 feet by 6 feet wide, clear debris, spray binder); Task 4 - New caliche surfacing of trails/roads (3,330 feet total, place geogrid, lay caliche, compact to 10 inches); Task 5 - Use safety cones/flagging tape. The contractor must also develop and maintain a Quality Control Program.
