This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This is a small business set-aside. Please see the attached documents for the full solicitation.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, logistical support, and supplies necessary to perform the investigation. Work includes project management (CLIN 00010), mobilization, notices, and field coordination (CLIN 00020), geophysical surveys (CLIN 00030), core collection and sampling for sediment resources (CLIN 00040), delineation, descriptions, and volumetrics of sand and sediment resources (CLIN 00050), critical minerals sampling and analyses (CLIN 00060), reports and data deliverables (CLIN 00070), and an option for deep cores/borings (CLIN 00080).
