This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for steam boiler repair and maintenance services at DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP). The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete three CLINs: CLIN 0001 – replacement of one ruptured waterwall tube, one previously repaired adjacent tube, and associated membrane sections within Nebraska Boiler C8 (Boiler #2); CLIN 0002 – clearing of obstructions from the boiler header and associated tubes of Boiler #2; CLIN 0003 – calibration of the boiler controls for all three boilers, including setting combustion for both fuel sources (natural gas and #2 fuel oil) and O2 trim calibration. The contractor must hold a National Board R Certificate of Authorization (R-stamp). The period of performance is 60 days ARO for CLINs 0001 and 0002, and 140 days ARO for CLIN 0003.
