The RFI seeks information on industry interest and facility availability for HALEU fuel fabrication, covering three areas: (1) supplying the alloyed U-10Mo only, (2) providing fuel plate and assembly fabrication only, or (3) supplying the alloyed U-10Mo and providing fuel plate and assembly fabrication in the same facility (preferred). Respondents must provide a letter of interest covering organization information, key staff experience, technical/operational/management challenges, existing or planned facilities, approach to developing capability, quality assurance, and environmental/safety/security/health/radiological programs.
