The contractor must supply and deliver bulk lubricating oils (CLB, L40, LA6, LO6, LTL) to multiple military installations in the U.S. and overseas (Japan, Spain) via truck or sea van, with FOB destination or origin as specified. Deliveries require pumps, hoses, and compliance with delivery hours, access procedures, and storage tank capacities. Prices are subject to weekly economic price adjustment based on ICIS Base Oils indices. The contract period is April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2029 with a 30-day carryover.
