The contractor must manufacture and deliver 10 units of PERISCOPE,TUBE,OUT in accordance with Naval Ship System Command drawing 7647786 and other specified drawings and specifications. The work includes First Article Testing (hydrostatic pressure test per drawing 7491389), material certification with quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis, thread inspection per FED-STD-H28, welding/brazing per S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278, and compliance with Level I/SUBSAFE quality assurance requirements. The contractor must maintain a quality system per ISO-9001, provide certificates of compliance, and ensure traceability and configuration control. Packaging must be per MIL-STD-2073, and marking per MIL-STD-129 with Level I markings. Delivery is FOB Destination, with inspection and acceptance at origin. The contract includes a one-year warranty on supplies.
