Uninterruptible Power Supply and Power Distribution Systems

The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services for EPIC's UPS and PDU systems, including all associated components and equipment. Services include quarterly preventive maintenance inspections (December 2026, March 2027, June 2027, and September 2027 annual inspection), corrective maintenance, and 24/7 emergency response with a 4-hour on-site response time. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and parts for repairs valued at $500.00 or less; for repairs exceeding $500.00, the Contractor is responsible for labor only and the Government procures parts. Equipment includes MGE Galaxy PW 225 kVA UPS systems, Eaton PDU-B 22 kVA PDUs, Liebert Series 600t VPS 150 kVA UPS, and various secure area UPS and PDU systems. All maintenance shall be performed on weekends unless otherwise approved, and work shall be coordinated with the EPIC Facilities Office.
