FCI MIAMI, FL SUBSISTENCE MEAT RELIGIOUS DIET REQUIREMENTS 4TH QUARTER FY26

The contractor must supply a wide range of food items including dry beans, rice, pasta, flour, non-fat dry milk, kosher cereal, peanut butter, tofu, shortening, oils, butter, salad dressings, pimentos, kosher jelly, sugar, pastries, taco shells, tortillas, tortilla chips, canned vegetables, frozen peas, hot sauce, spices, lemon and lime juice, soup base, ground beef, beef patties, beef roasts, sirloin steak, chicken breast, chicken tender, chicken leg quarters, pork roast, turkey roast, various cheeses, whole turkey, Cornish game hen, beverage mix, and numerous kosher and halal pre-packaged meals. Also required are disposable forks, napkins, styrofoam containers, and steel sponges. All items must comply with BOP National Menu Specifications, applicable FDA and CFR requirements, and local requirements including no MSG and no item produced/processed/packaged more than six months prior to delivery. Delivery is FOB destination to FCI Miami, must be palletized, and must meet specific temperature requirements for perishable and frozen foods.
